About the role

  • Plan, organize, and oversee continuous training programs for the company's brands;
  • Coordinate topics, speakers, and supporting materials, ensuring consistency, relevance, and high participant engagement;
  • Conduct strategic research with the B2B network to identify actual content needs;
  • Analyze performance indicators (participation, feedback, and NPS), proposing continuous improvement actions;
  • Design the recurring educational calendar for the brands, with relevant topics and a balanced cadence of events (live sessions, mentorships, webinars);
  • Ensure proper publication, promotion, and execution of each initiative, coordinating with responsible teams and target audiences;
  • Coordinate with internal and external speakers on the topics to be covered;
  • Oversee and guide the creation of materials (presentations, scripts, supporting videos);
  • Conduct periodic surveys with the B2B unit network to identify knowledge gaps;
  • Use strategic forms, polls, and quick interviews;
  • Monitor participation, attendance, evaluation, and NPS data for each educational activity;
  • Produce periodic reports with data-driven suggestions for improvement;
  • Produce short, focused, strategic content for distribution via newsletters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or a related field (completed);
  • Experience coordinating live sessions, mentorships, webinars, and recurring educational content;
  • Ability to design and conduct strategic research and polls with the partner network to identify learning needs;
  • Experience creating newsletters and educational communications (Mailchimp, RD Station, or similar tools);
  • Ability to define and track engagement metrics and educational NPS, and to produce performance reports;
  • Familiarity with meeting and streaming platforms (Zoom, YouTube, StreamYard), and supporting tools (PowerPoint, Canva);
  • Experience integrating content with learning paths or an LMS is a plus.
