About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the trusted lead advisor for up to approximately 120 HNW client households
- Deliver clear, prioritized financial guidance, leading all client-facing engagements
- Ensure every client feels informed, supported, and confident in their financial direction
- Interpret and refine planning outputs generated within the firm's structured planning system
- Deliver prioritized, actionable financial guidance across various financial domains
- Communicate complex strategies in a manner that is clear and meaningful to each client
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Planning Associate and Investment Operations Associate
- Maintain accountability for overall client experience
- Participate in firm initiatives, process improvements, and team development as appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Series 65/66 or equivalent advisory license
- 3+ years of client-facing financial planning & advisory experience
- All licenses and designations must be valid and in good standing
- Strong technical knowledge across investments, tax-aware planning, retirement, risk management, and estate fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently and with confidence
- CFP® designation (or actively in progress) preferred
- Experience working within a team-based or pod advisory model preferred
- Familiarity with structured financial planning systems and client engagement cadences preferred
- Track record of strong client retention and satisfaction preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and genuine care for client wellbeing
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage a large, active client book
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a bias toward follow-through
- Collaborative team player who operates effectively within a structured pod model
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive financial and personal client matters
- Comfortable operating in a high-accountability, results-oriented environment
