About the role

  • Lead and manage all **financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting** activities.
  • Oversee **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting** in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with **local and international accounting standards** and tax regulations.
  • Manage **cash flow, working capital, and cost control** to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support senior management with **financial analysis, insights, and recommendations**.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with offshore stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely financial delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, or related field** (Master’s or CPA/ACCA is a plus).
  • **8–12+ years of experience** in finance, with at least **3–5 years in a managerial role**.
  • Strong knowledge of **financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls**.
  • Experience in **offshoring or multinational environments** is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of **English** (written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
