Requirements

What you’ll need

A tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
Demonstrated ability to work with the business to effectively execute business strategy
Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to influence across all levels of the Organisation
Clear and effective communication both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information and get the message to land
Calm and patient demeanour, yet dynamic and agile in your approach to work.
