Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the budgeting process by creating financial models.
Bookkeeping: Collect, organize, and maintain financial data.
Work on special projects to drive process improvements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Develop meaningful analytics and reporting for department leaders.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required by management.
AP Process: Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor relationships.
AR Process: Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Administration.
English, both oral and written.
Experience with ERP is a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data.
Proficient in Excel/large data sets and other financial programs.
Experience with financial systems, such as Quickbooks, is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
