About the role
- Produce high-quality decks, case studies, and brand materials that keep the agency visible and credible in the market.
- Handle the day-to-day execution of our marketing engine, including the management of our curated newsletter for CMOs and client-facing materials.
- Support the logistics and organization of industry events, conferences (APS, MAU, Creator Fest), and 'IM Circles' to ensure a flawless presence.
- Prepare positioning materials and support the Growth & Strategy teams in communicating our latest insights and success stories.
- Manage strategic gifting programs, referral communications, and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Requirements
- Execution Mindset: A 'doer' who thrives on multitasking and delivering polished work under tight deadlines.
- Creative Flair: Ability to transform raw information into visually appealing decks and compelling written content.
- Organizational Skills: Extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational workflows (events, newsletters, reports).
- Language: Bilingual English is mandatory. (German, French, or Italian are a plus.)
- Experience: Previous experience in B2B marketing or agency environments (content creation experience is a plus).
