About the role
- Guarantee campaign engagement over time by bringing new content and influencers.
- Understand the campaign objectives and brand fit.
- Research and discover content creators that suit global campaigns.
- Understand monthly performance KPIs and adjust search & discovery to improve performance.
- Execution of the end-to-end campaign implementation/content creation process, guaranteeing brand integration quality and proposing process improvements regarding content approval, influencer agreements, talking points, invoices & payment.
- Deliver campaign budget and performance goals, negotiating competitive Fees to deliver on our Client's KPIs as well as expanding current client’s budgets and territories.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French (mandatory)
- Self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Energetic, and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Teamwork
- Learning on the fly
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office
