Franchisee Performance Consultant

Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for franchise restaurants
- Collaborate with franchisees to co-create corrective action plans
- Work closely with support teams to ensure compliance with operational standards
- Build trusted relationships with franchise partners
- Coordinate communication between the headquarters and franchised network
- Manage restaurant openings and projects with various departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in operational performance and economic management of restaurants
- Knowledge of key performance indicators (delivery ratings, revenue, customer satisfaction, refunds, reviews)
- Ability to analyze audits and prioritize actions
- Strong communication skills with franchisees
- Expertise in coordinating support teams (Training, Supply, Marketing, Tech, CSM, Food Safety)
- Familiarity with brand operation standards and compliance
