Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for franchise restaurants
Collaborate with franchisees to co-create corrective action plans
Work closely with support teams to ensure compliance with operational standards
Build trusted relationships with franchise partners
Coordinate communication between the headquarters and franchised network
Manage restaurant openings and projects with various departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in operational performance and economic management of restaurants
Knowledge of key performance indicators (delivery ratings, revenue, customer satisfaction, refunds, reviews)
Ability to analyze audits and prioritize actions
Strong communication skills with franchisees
Expertise in coordinating support teams (Training, Supply, Marketing, Tech, CSM, Food Safety)
Familiarity with brand operation standards and compliance
