About the role
- Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow
- Use Figma and structured design systems (Client-First or Relume)
- Optimize sites for SEO, speed, and performance
- Translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow pages
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers via Slack and Tarkle’s dashboard
- Deliver projects within 48–72 hours, balancing quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing Webflow builds
- Maintain consistency across visuals, typography, and structure
Requirements
- Flexible freelance schedule – work anytime, from anywhere
- 2–3 years of experience as a Webflow Developer
- Proficiency in using Webflow
- Experience with Figma and structured design systems (Client-First or Relume)
- Knowledge of SEO optimization
- Must provide a portfolio (minimum 5 Webflow projects)
- Preferred experience with GSAP, Finsweet, and custom animations
- Ability to collaborate during EU-CET or US-EST business hours
