About the role

  • Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow
  • Use Figma and structured design systems (Client-First or Relume)
  • Optimize sites for SEO, speed, and performance
  • Translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow pages
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers via Slack and Tarkle’s dashboard
  • Deliver projects within 48–72 hours, balancing quality and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing Webflow builds
  • Maintain consistency across visuals, typography, and structure

Requirements

  • Flexible freelance schedule – work anytime, from anywhere
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Webflow Developer
  • Proficiency in using Webflow
  • Experience with Figma and structured design systems (Client-First or Relume)
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization
  • Must provide a portfolio (minimum 5 Webflow projects)
  • Preferred experience with GSAP, Finsweet, and custom animations
  • Ability to collaborate during EU-CET or US-EST business hours
