About the role

  • Implement system-level audio capture for Windows
  • Capture and sync:
  • Microphone input
  • System/desktop audio (loopback)
  • Work with low-level Windows audio APIs to ensure:
  • Stability

  • Integrate the solution with an Electron-based app
  • Troubleshoot edge cases across different Windows devices and drivers

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Windows audio systems
  • Hands-on experience with:

  • C / C++ for low-level audio handling
  • Understanding of:
  • Audio drivers
  • Buffering, latency, and synchronization
  • Experience integrating native modules with Electron / Node.js is a strong plus
