- Active engagement, consulting and coordination of platform users
- Ensuring end-to-end documentation and transparency
- Coordination of impact, risk and and feasibility analyses
- Ownership of the requirements and change portfolio
- Management, facilitation and documentation of the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
