Key responsibilities & impact

Central responsibility for requirements and change requests for the TAP platform in accordance with ITIL 4
Active engagement, consulting and coordination of platform users
Ensuring end-to-end documentation and transparency
Coordination of impact, risk and and feasibility analyses
Ownership of the requirements and change portfolio
Management, facilitation and documentation of the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
