About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Project management: Coordination and control of structural and design engineering project work
Interface management: Organization and coordination of project planners, specialist engineers, authorities, and client-side institutions
Quality control & optimization: Technical review and assessment of design and execution plans
Process reliability: Ensuring the completeness and verifiability of execution documents for the approval process
Change management: Leading and controlling design changes as well as identifying and structuring complex planning interfaces
Contract management: Handling contract-related correspondence (design services) and drafting, implementing, and administering engineering contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant professional experience in structural/engineering construction
Extensive experience producing verifiable execution documents and solid knowledge of normative and technical regulations (especially ZTV-ING)
Experience in the execution, planning, or management of complex construction projects
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Germany
