About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead core workstreams within consulting projects, including structuring problems, analyzing insights, and formulating high-impact recommendations.
- Design decision models, analytical approaches, and engagement frameworks that address complex operational and strategic challenges.
- Manage and coach Consultants and Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective team performance.
- Contribute to business development by leading the preparation of proposals, identifying opportunities, and participating in client discussions.
- Actively support talent acquisition by leading the recruitment and evaluation process for Consultants and Analysts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (Mandatory)
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields (Mandatory)
- Advanced English (Mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Mandatory)
- Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Desirable)
- High availability for travel.
