About the role
- Assist Project Managers with FUDS projects.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with various clients.
- Prepare complete and accurate CERCLA reports (including Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Studies, Proposed Plans, Decision Documents, and Five-Year Reviews) and Uniform Federal Policy for Quality Assurance Program Plans for munitions response.
- Prepare for and execute field work including ordering supplies/equipment, preparing forms, scheduling/coordinating with subcontractors, data collection and meeting health and safety requirements.
- Process and interpret chemical, geophysical, geographical, and geological data.
- Oversee groundwater and soil lab analysis via the FUDSChem protocol.
- Prepare and provide written and oral presentations.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or physical science-related field desired
- Previous experience with FUDS projects including MMRP and HTRW projects
- Experience working with deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ArcGIS
- HAZWOPER trained
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a diverse audience including co-workers, Program and Project Managers, clients, contractors, government agencies, etc.
- Eligible for employment in the U.S.
- Eligible for government security clearance and/or ability to pass background check.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Must possess valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to travel in support of contract obligations.
