As a creative thinker and story finder, you will be responsible for designing, planning and executing audience-focused communication initiatives.
Storytelling: Tell relevant stories about people, products, projects or successes and make them come alive for our employees.
Project management: Support the planning and implementation of corporate projects (mainly internal communications) and contribute your creativity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualification as a Mediamatiker with further training in communications (or alternatively professional experience in communications plus a degree from a University of Applied Sciences - FH)
Strong sense for audience-specific and creative content — digital, visual & written
Comfortable working with digital tools and enthusiastic about agile ways of working
Passion for corporate communications and an interest in topics such as agriculture
Structured and efficient work style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel occasionally (within Switzerland) to discover stories on site and experience our projects firsthand
Fluent in German and good command of French
