Requirements
- Proven experience in field-based business development or account management
- Strong track record in bridging finance (essential)
- Ability to develop and manage broker relationships across the South East
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- A results-driven, ambitious, and resilient approach
- Competitive basic salary up to £90,000 (depending on experience)
- Extremely achievable shared team target, consistently hit each quarter
- Uncapped earning potential with realistic OTE of £110,000+
