About the role
- Train clients and their care teams to use Talk To Me Technologies' speech-generating devices
- Conduct in-person trainings (schools, hospitals, clinics, homes) and remote trainings via video conference, email, and phone
- Encourage and welcome feedback from staff, clients, and community professionals
- Complete documentation on training sessions, interactions, and support
- Respond to incoming phone and e-mail inquiries
- Present and inform on AAC at universities, educational programs, and community support groups
- Represent company at trade shows and conferences
- Provide training for new staff on device-related information
- Participate in TTMT Headquarters team training and meetings
- Travel regularly for in-person training while maintaining remote/office work balance
Requirements
- Excellent people skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional organization
- Great technical sense with the willingness to learn our technology
- Ability to train clients and care teams on AAC devices in-person and remotely
- Willingness to travel for in-person trainings (schools, hospitals, clinics, homes)
- Ability to respond to incoming phone and e-mail inquiries and complete documentation
- Presentation skills for universities, educational programs, and community support groups
