About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including form setup, workflows, notifications, and user roles.
Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and routine tasks.
Manage user roles, groups, permissions, and data import/export techniques.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal system operation.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and implement appropriate solutions.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and process documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3 – 4 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role
Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices for configuration and customization
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
Deep understanding of configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including form setup, workflows, notifications, and user roles
Basic scripting skills in JavaScript for creating and modifying business rules, client scripts, and other customizations
Proficiency in managing user roles, groups, permissions, and data import/export techniques
English B2 or above is mandatory
Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
Excellent soft skills
