About the role

  • Gather and analyze business requirements effectively to design solutions using the ServiceNow platform
  • Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct workshops and provide clear and concise reports
  • Identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure ServiceNow implementations align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine business processes and ServiceNow configurations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and provide clear and concise reports
  • Experience in business process modeling and improvement, ensuring that ServiceNow implementations align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency
  • English B2 or above is mandatory
  • Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
  • Excellent soft skills
