About the role

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications and third-party integrations.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules
  • Develop workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and client scripts
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal system operation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design solutions
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years of ServiceNow platform administration, development, and design experience
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms, particularly web applications/SaaS platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, among others
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Experience supporting/administering other enterprise platforms and technologies
  • English B2 or above is mandatory
  • Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
