About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead capture efforts for Federal Health IT and Cyber opportunities, typically ranging from $10M–$50M+ TCV.
Own the capture from qualified opportunity through proposal submission, including strategy refinement, solution maturation, teaming alignment, and win theme execution.
Prepare and brief formal capture plans and capture updates to leadership, including clear recommendations to proceed, defer, or stop.
Partner closely with the Solution Architect to advance solutions from Gate-level solutioning to proposal-ready architectures.
Take ownership of advancing pre-proposal capture artifacts, building on what already exists.

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience with 6+ years of demonstrated wins in Federal contracting
Proven success leading captures through award (not just proposal participation)
Strong knowledge of Federal Health agencies and acquisition environments
Demonstrated experience with IDIQ/task order capture environments
Ability to produce capture deliverables with minimal supervision independently
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce proposal-ready content.
