About the role
- Lead capture efforts for Federal Health IT and Cyber opportunities, typically ranging from $10M–$50M+ TCV.
- Own the capture from qualified opportunity through proposal submission, including strategy refinement, solution maturation, teaming alignment, and win theme execution.
- Prepare and brief formal capture plans and capture updates to leadership, including clear recommendations to proceed, defer, or stop.
- Partner closely with the Solution Architect to advance solutions from Gate-level solutioning to proposal-ready architectures.
- Take ownership of advancing pre-proposal capture artifacts, building on what already exists.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of demonstrated wins in Federal contracting
- Proven success leading captures through award (not just proposal participation)
- Strong knowledge of Federal Health agencies and acquisition environments
- Demonstrated experience with IDIQ/task order capture environments
- Ability to produce capture deliverables with minimal supervision independently
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce proposal-ready content.
