About the role

Define and execute the company’s technology vision aligned with business objectives
Lead and expand the engineering function: recruitment, mentoring, and process building
Guarantee platform scalability, resilience, and security for high-load payment processing
Introduce architectural improvements and drive technical innovation
Partner with product and commercial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
Mitigate risks associated with high-load systems and high-risk fintech environments
Supervise software quality, CI/CD flows, monitoring systems, and incident response
Manage day-to-day engineering operations and ensure security and reliability of fintech solutions

7+ years in software engineering (minimum)
3+ years in a senior leadership role (CTO / Head of Engineering / Tech Director)
Background in fintech or high-risk verticals
Strong track record designing and scaling high-load platforms
Hands-on experience with PHP 8, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
Experience with Nginx, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, GitLabCI, Grafana
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of monitoring systems and incident response
Strategic decision-making balancing technical and business needs
Excellent leadership and people management skills with focus on culture
English: Upper-Intermediate or above
