About the role

  • You conduct initial interviews with applicants and clarify key information for the further process
  • You review and evaluate application documents and identify the most suitable candidates
  • You organize and coordinate interviews and feedback rounds
  • You keep the applicant database up to date and ensure the integrity of the data

Requirements

  • You enjoy telephone conversations and feel completely comfortable speaking with people
  • You have a sales-oriented mindset and can recognize potential at a glance
  • You communicate clearly, in a structured way, and persuasively — both on the phone and in writing
  • Order and structure are not optional for you but a matter of course — you ensure smooth processes in your tasks
  • You are open, positive, and approach new challenges with curiosity and motivation
  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • You live in Hamburg or the surrounding area
  • You are mainly available in the afternoons and evenings to actively support our team by phone
