About the role
- You conduct initial interviews with applicants and clarify key information for the further process
- You review and evaluate application documents and identify the most suitable candidates
- You organize and coordinate interviews and feedback rounds
- You keep the applicant database up to date and ensure the integrity of the data
Requirements
- You enjoy telephone conversations and feel completely comfortable speaking with people
- You have a sales-oriented mindset and can recognize potential at a glance
- You communicate clearly, in a structured way, and persuasively — both on the phone and in writing
- Order and structure are not optional for you but a matter of course — you ensure smooth processes in your tasks
- You are open, positive, and approach new challenges with curiosity and motivation
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- You live in Hamburg or the surrounding area
- You are mainly available in the afternoons and evenings to actively support our team by phone
