About the role
- Act as the Lithuanian market expert, establishing structured competitor monitoring across pricing, campaigns, and product positioning
- Translate market dynamics into practical tactical initiatives and actionable recommendations for pricing and product adjustments
- Act as a reliable commercial partner to the Country Manager and HQ stakeholders (Risk, IT, and Marketing) to influence campaign decisions and credit policy improvements
- Support the optimization of acquisition funnels and campaign mechanics to strengthen the country’s commercial positioning
- Anticipate competitor moves, explain the “why” behind market shifts, and support the local implementation of strategic initiatives
- Use structured thinking to turn complex market data into concrete, data-backed recommendations that drive measurable commercial impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience within a Lithuanian consumer lender (payday, installment, or BNPL company)
- Strong understanding of pricing structures, acquisition mechanics, and commercial packaging
- Ability to interpret competitor moves beyond surface-level observation and translate analysis into action
- Ability to connect numbers with business decisions and a preference for impact over pure reporting
- Confidence in working across teams including Sales, Marketing, Risk, and IT
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.
