About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help build and develop a commercial AI workflow product that real clients will use.
Designing and developing backend heavy web services.
Making technology and architecture decisions.
Working with authentication, databases, APIs and integrations.
Building interfaces with Claude and other LLM services.
Improving, replacing or extending the current codebase.
Turning pilot customer feedback into product improvements.
Helping to move from 'this works' to 'this is stable enough to scale'.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Co-Founder level Lead Developer.
Experience in building, shipping web services, tools, apps or platforms.
Understand backend development, architecture, APIs, authentication, database migrations and production reliability.
Self driven and opinionated in a constructive way.
Clear communication skills in English. Finnish is a plus.
Experience with LLMs, Claude, OpenAI, and/or AI workflow tools is a strong plus.
Willingness to learn fast is required.
