About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent management of macOS and Windows clients and ensuring smooth operations
- Administration and development of MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE, or similar)
- Participation in automation and workflow initiatives
- Troubleshooting incidents and implementing long-term solutions
- Actively contributing to IT infrastructure design and supporting the team with technical queries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed IT training and/or initial relevant professional experience
- Experience in client management, system administration, or IT infrastructure, ideally including macOS
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong service orientation and team player mindset
- Very good German and good English skills
