Compliance

• Oversee regulatory compliance, trust operations, and risk management
• Act as key advisor to senior management on federal and state laws including BSA, AML, OFAC, and the Patriot Act
• Lead compliance programs and develop/update policies, procedures, and risk assessments
• Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activity, and file SARs as required
• Provide legal and compliance guidance to leadership and governance committees

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Handle bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
