About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a Business Analyst, understanding strategic and regulatory demands and translating business needs into clear requirements
- Lead the elicitation and detailing of functional requirements and business rules
- Work on regulatory and strategic initiatives related to the insurance market
- Perform impact analysis on processes, systems, integrations, and metrics
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support Product Owners and squads in backlog prioritization and refinement
- Facilitate discovery workshops with business and technology teams
- Ensure traceability between requirements, development, testing (including UAT), and production
- Monitor integrated testing and user acceptance testing
- Act hands-on to resolve issues and remove impediments
- Support decision-making through structured analyses and a systemic perspective
- Serve as a link between business, technology, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, traceability, and value delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Product Owner with a solid delivery focus
- Proven experience in digital transformation or regulatory projects
- Experience in the insurance market
