About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, communicate, and disseminate the product vision to development teams and stakeholders
Serve as the primary interface between business areas, technology, and other involved partners
Manage, prioritize, and keep the product backlog up to date
Specify user stories and acceptance criteria, and support the definition of test scenarios
Participate in agile ceremonies, including Planning, Review, Refinement, Daily, and Retrospective
Work with agile Squads, tracking delivery progress and removing product-related impediments
Monitor product KPIs, metrics, and outcomes, proposing data-driven improvements
Work across all stages of the development lifecycle, including Discovery, planning, refinement, development, UAT (homologation), deployment, and post-deployment monitoring
Organize, conduct, and follow up on UATs with business stakeholders
Prepare executive documentation, presentations, management reports, process flows, and system manuals
Facilitate communication between Squads and partner areas, promoting collaboration and strategic alignment
Participate in ideation, building, and evolution of products and strategic projects, including initiatives related to the sub-acquirer Multicom
Use AI agents and tools to support Discovery, requirements analysis, and productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role in agile environments
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile practices
Experience managing and prioritizing a backlog
Experience working at the interface between business and technology teams
Knowledge of the full digital product development lifecycle
Ability to make data-driven decisions based on KPIs and market analysis
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Clear and concise communication and the ability to influence stakeholders
Negotiation skills and expectation management
Collaborative leadership and strategic vision
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering business value
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Proactivity and autonomy in problem solving
