About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of frontend projects within timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Lead, mentor, and support the frontend team, promoting best practices and continuous development.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
6+ years of experience in frontend development, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend best practices.
Experience with Git and build tools such as Webpack and Babel.
Good understanding of UX/UI principles.
Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
