About the role
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Prospect and generate new clients through different channels
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential and existing clients
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Close deals and follow up to ensure long-term client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collect client feedback after onboarding and ensure service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (fresh grads are welcome)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with a client-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable with hybrid work (office & remote)
