About the role

  • Develop and oversee the execution of strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and organic channels (SEO, content, social media).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Manage and align cross-functional teams (design, content, product) for unified marketing communication.
  • Define KPIs and regularly track marketing performance (CPA, ROI, CAC, LTV, etc.).
  • Maintain and execute a strategic marketing calendar covering campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products or feature releases.
  • Manage external collaborations including PR, sponsorships, partnerships, and influencer programs.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–7 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in tech or startup environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar CRMs/automation platforms.
  • Proven expertise in growth marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance-based campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead omnichannel strategies: paid, organic, influencer, and partnership marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
