About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal applications and services.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve incidents.
- Monitor and maintain microservices and APIs.
- Participate in deployments, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support integrations with cloud services and third-party platforms.
- Document issues, processes, and technical solutions.
- Work in an agile and multicultural environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of SQL
- Professional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Hands-on production experience with AWS (S3 / Athena) (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Microfrontends (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of Temporal.io (or similar workflow orchestration) (Nice to Have)
- Backend experience with Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js (NestJS) (Nice to Have)
