About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal applications and services.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve incidents.
  • Monitor and maintain microservices and APIs.
  • Participate in deployments, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support integrations with cloud services and third-party platforms.
  • Document issues, processes, and technical solutions.
  • Work in an agile and multicultural environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with .NET/ C#
  • Knowledge of React + TypeScript
  • Experience using Git
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and API consumption
  • Fluent or advanced Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience with NestJS (Nice to Have)
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud services such as S3, Lambda, and Athena (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Nice to Have)
  • Experience using DataDog (Nice to Have)
