About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead workshops with HR and Payroll departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Design and configure SAP HR/HCM modules, focusing on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)
- Support clients in their journey from On-Premise to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing payroll schemas and rules
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Consultant with a strong track record in Payroll
- Deep knowledge of SAP HR/HCM
- Interest or prior experience with SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Ability to debug
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent organization and collaborative "team player" attitude
- Fluent in French and professional level of English
