About the role

  • Lead workshops with HR and Payroll departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Design and configure SAP HR/HCM modules, focusing on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)
  • Support clients in their journey from On-Premise to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing payroll schemas and rules

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Consultant with a strong track record in Payroll
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HR/HCM
  • Interest or prior experience with SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Ability to debug
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent organization and collaborative "team player" attitude
  • Fluent in French and professional level of English
