About the role
- Join as a Project Manager supporting trade finance operations, AI initiatives, and project management.
- Drive clarity and documentation across complex banking processes and tools.
- Independently complete deployment and rollout of tools across teams.
- Document and improve operational workflows.
- Support Trade Finance processes, including bank guarantees and documentary products.
- Assist with AI initiatives: model feeding, fine-tuning prompts, structuring requests, and market monitoring.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure tools meet business needs.
- Develop user guides, operational standards, and process documentation for existing and new tools.
- Ensure alignment with roadmap priorities and validate effectiveness of deployed applications.
Requirements
- Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in documenting business processes and workflows.
- Basic understanding of AI models, prompting, and functional model management.
- Familiarity with Trade Finance concepts like bank guarantees and documentary products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Nice to Have: Exposure to AI model fine-tuning, prompt structuring, and lifecycle management.
- Nice to Have: Experience with project management.
- Nice to Have: Prior experience in banking operations or financial software implementation.
