About the role

  • Join as a Project Manager supporting trade finance operations, AI initiatives, and project management.
  • Drive clarity and documentation across complex banking processes and tools.
  • Independently complete deployment and rollout of tools across teams.
  • Document and improve operational workflows.
  • Support Trade Finance processes, including bank guarantees and documentary products.
  • Assist with AI initiatives: model feeding, fine-tuning prompts, structuring requests, and market monitoring.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure tools meet business needs.
  • Develop user guides, operational standards, and process documentation for existing and new tools.
  • Ensure alignment with roadmap priorities and validate effectiveness of deployed applications.

Requirements

  • Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in documenting business processes and workflows.
  • Basic understanding of AI models, prompting, and functional model management.
  • Familiarity with Trade Finance concepts like bank guarantees and documentary products.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Nice to Have: Exposure to AI model fine-tuning, prompt structuring, and lifecycle management.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with project management.
  • Nice to Have: Prior experience in banking operations or financial software implementation.
