About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

This role will travel across Germany to work with several national grocery chains.
You support and advise locally to increase Lieferando’s in-store awareness and promote the partner.
You collaborate remotely with internal teams and report from partner locations.
Coordinate with partners on-site and find creative solutions to increase orders and ensure smooth in-store operations.
You drive store-specific awareness of Lieferando compared to competitors.
You report to internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and next steps.
Where needed, you coordinate and work with agencies and internal Lieferando teams in the stores.
Travel across Germany to predefined locations, subject to prior assessment of needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in grocery retail, retail, or FMCG.
On-the-ground experience in grocery retail through field sales, store staff, or agency roles.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust with external stakeholders in supermarket stores.
Creative and proactive working style with an eye for in-store details.
Strong self-organization.
Able to work autonomously while providing clear internal reporting.
Results-oriented with the ability to generate spontaneous ideas based on local conditions.
Fluent German.
