About the role
- Handle customer inquiries by phone (inbound) and in writing (chat and tickets)
- Collaborate cross‑functionally within Customer Service
- Ensure daily customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Some experience in service‑oriented roles (restaurants, retail, customer service, etc.) or open to starting as a career changer
- Empathetic manner when addressing customer concerns
- Solution‑oriented approach
- Willingness to work shifts (08:00–01:00) and regularly on weekends
