Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects across all Workplace pillars through developing clear & comprehensive mechanisms to manage workplace projects from initiation to closure, including project roles & responsibilities, standardised processes, and guidance for global, local and Business As Usual projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at global and local levels to manage & ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with the overall Workplace & business strategies.
Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor effectiveness of workplace performance in alignment with business strategy.
Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and internal policies ensuring proper assessment of risks & mitigations.
Develop clear & engaging project documentation for internal & external audiences, and deliver regular management updates on project progress.
Overall arrangement of Workplace internal/external communication, leadership meetings, offsites and All Hands.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Workplace Project Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies and best practices.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
Excellent reporting capabilities and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to delivering high-quality projects, on time and within budget.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English as a minimum.
