About the role
- Combine data-driven insights and business knowledge to support Logistics operation
- Present logical and persuasive stories to executives
- Contribute to crafting and implementing the analysis systems, methods, tools and techniques
- Stay up to date on the latest developments in data analysis tools
- Integrate insights from available data and new developments
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving the logistics model and division
- Carry out experimentations (A/B, switch-backs etc) aimed at optimizing network performance
- Design measurable metrics and ensure key performance indicators align with stakeholder needs
- Develop reports using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Looker
- Build and enhance SQL queries (Google BigQuery preferred)
Requirements
- 1-4 years’ experience in a similar analytics role
- Advanced knowledge in SQL, Python, and BI tools with proven experience in data storytelling, experimentation, and optimization.
- Problem-solving skills, and demonstrated experience in leveraging data to answer key business questions and influence decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytic concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency with GSuite, Atlassian (Jira), Git, and Slack for collaboration and project tracking.
- Experience working in logistics or product analytics would be an asset.
