About the role

  • You lead digital product development with conceptual clarity, methodological confidence, and design excellence.
  • You bring structure to complex and initially unclear problem spaces, make well-founded design decisions, and articulate them to clients and internal teams.
  • You take responsibility — not only for screens, but for product quality, user centricity, and project dynamics.
  • You connect business goals with real user needs and lead projects from the discovery phase through validation.
  • You work closely with clients, developers, and interdisciplinary teams, setting quality standards in UX, visual design, and conceptual clarity.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in UX / Product Design
  • Several years of agency experience working on parallel projects with changing clients
  • Strong expertise in strategic UX concept development
  • Demonstrable end-to-end experience in digital product development
  • Solid expertise in user research and quantitative/qualitative analysis
  • Ability to derive and validate data-driven hypotheses
  • Very high standards for visual quality (layout, typography, design systems)
  • Strategic understanding of digital strategy and service design
  • Confident facilitation in German (at least B2, ideally C1)
  • Proficient in Figma
