About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform analysis and performance assessments of automation and instrumentation systems in industrial processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing technical solutions
Prepare and present executive reports for company directors and senior management, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable strategic insights
Prepare technical reports, “AS IS”, “TO BE” and master plans, proposing innovative solutions for process issues, specifying equipment and supporting the execution of automation projects, with knowledge of PLCs, SCADA/supervisory systems, industrial networks and instrumentation
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and support project management under guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, or a degree in another Engineering discipline with specialization in Automation and Control and/or Industrial Process Optimization
Intermediate English
Proven experience in automation, instrumentation and industrial processes
Advanced knowledge of PLCs, SCADA/supervisory systems, industrial networks and protocols
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint to create high-impact executive presentations
Ability to communicate technically and strategically across different organizational levels
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Product Owner) is a plus
Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Visio is a plus
Basic understanding of PID controllers, APC and concepts of advanced controllers (MPC, Fuzzy, etc.)
Basic knowledge of applications of Artificial Intelligence for industry
