About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing and monitoring daily cash flow and financial projections;
  • Executing and overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, ensuring payments are made on time;
  • Performing bank and accounting reconciliations, ensuring the consistency of financial information;
  • Supporting the monthly financial close and liaising with accounting;
  • Preparing management reports and tracking financial KPIs;
  • Managing relationships with financial institutions, including investments, redemptions, and other banking operations;
  • Participating in the development, review, and improvement of processes and internal controls;
  • Contributing to automation and operational efficiency initiatives to make the function more agile and strategic.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
  • Experience with financial routines;
  • Knowledge of cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Analytical, organized profile with autonomy to carry out the area's activities.
  • Nice to have: a passion for literature;
  • Experience in process improvement and automation projects;
  • Knowledge of and experience with the Omie system;
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity.
