About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing and monitoring daily cash flow and financial projections;
Executing and overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, ensuring payments are made on time;
Performing bank and accounting reconciliations, ensuring the consistency of financial information;
Supporting the monthly financial close and liaising with accounting;
Preparing management reports and tracking financial KPIs;
Managing relationships with financial institutions, including investments, redemptions, and other banking operations;
Participating in the development, review, and improvement of processes and internal controls;
Contributing to automation and operational efficiency initiatives to make the function more agile and strategic.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Experience with financial routines;
Knowledge of cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
Analytical, organized profile with autonomy to carry out the area's activities.
Nice to have: a passion for literature;
Experience in process improvement and automation projects;
Knowledge of and experience with the Omie system;
Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity.
