Key responsibilities & impact

Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and other sourcing channels
Screen candidates and conduct initial qualification interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Support recruitment projects across international markets
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Meet project deadlines and recruitment KPIs

What you’ll need

1–3 years of recruitment experience
Previous experience working on international or global recruitment projects
Experience recruiting across multiple regions including GCC, Europe, North America, or APAC is a plus
Hands-on experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, or similar systems
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
