About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and other sourcing channels
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial qualification interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Support recruitment projects across international markets
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Meet project deadlines and recruitment KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience
  • Previous experience working on international or global recruitment projects
  • Experience recruiting across multiple regions including GCC, Europe, North America, or APAC is a plus
  • Hands-on experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, or similar systems
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
