Key responsibilities & impact

Provide professional massage therapy services, including relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic treatments.
Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable massage techniques and wellness treatments.
Ensure a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa areas.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and professionalism.
Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and appointment schedules.
Promote wellness services, packages, and spa products when required.
Collaborate with spa and management teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
Ensure all massage equipment, oils, and tools are properly maintained and organized.

Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Massage Therapist.
Certified qualification in Massage Therapy, Wellness Therapy, or a related field.
Strong understanding of professional massage techniques and customer care standards.
