About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the collection, monitoring, and analysis of data to identify trends, brand perception, and engagement opportunities
  • Translate data into actionable insights for content creation, campaign planning, and media strategies aligned with clients' needs and objectives
  • Monitor clients' brand perception, continuously track digital conversations to report opportunities and areas of concern
  • Produce social listening and performance reports and dashboards
  • Lead and develop a team of 4, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery quality, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain daily communication with internal teams and content and media partners to cross-reference data and integrate on- and off-media results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Social Listening, social media data analysis, or related areas
  • Proficiency with Sprinklr, Buzz Monitor, and Tagger platforms
  • Strong writing skills to develop and present coherent analyses
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and creating presentations
  • Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) and be available for a freelance project of up to 6 months
