About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client objectives and budget.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Oversee the execution and optimisation of performance campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., search, social, & display). Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead the analysis of campaign performance data, identifying key trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports to clients, clearly communicating results and recommendations.
- Manage and develop a team of performance specialists & coordinators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on digital media strategy and performance.
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support campaign execution and optimisation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 4 years of experience in programmatic marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, platforms, and technologies.
- Expertise in performance marketing metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- A passion for digital media and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
