Key responsibilities & impact

You will lead and mentor a team of Regular and Junior Consultants — you will develop and motivate them
You are responsible for developing the strategy and conceptualizing the communication measures for a major key account
You will develop media strategies together with your consulting colleagues and the specialist teams and ensure smooth integration of all disciplines
For your client, you are the primary contact for all matters related to media strategy: you deliver a 360-degree media recommendation and ensure the implementation of the agreed scope of services
You work independently and closely with the client and the connected agencies
You continuously monitor our clients’ needs and identify which products from our portfolio could be helpful to the client, and you pitch these to the client
You actively contribute to new business pitches

What you’ll need

You have at least 4 years of professional experience in media consulting/account management on the agency side
Over the years you have built up comprehensive media, marketing and communications know‑how across all channels
You are highly experienced in developing media strategies
You bring initial leadership experience
Your knowledge of research and analysis tools is solid; you translate insights into actionable recommendations
You can work proactively under pressure and against tight deadlines and ensure high client satisfaction
You are a communication professional with extensive presentation experience
You can communicate confidently with our clients in English and German
