Payroll and Benefits Administrator
TADERAPayroll and Benefits Administrator responsible for payroll data collection and employee benefits administration. Liaising with teams to support employees and maintain accurate records throughout the payroll process.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Payroll Administration
- Audit HRIS to ensure all employee lifecycle changes and necessary data are recorded in timely fashion ahead of payroll cut-off
- Liaise with Havas Shared Services centre to communicate monthly employee updates for payroll and address any relevant enquiries
- Check and reconcile payroll data against HRIS and monthly updates
- Be a front facing contact for all employees on payroll & tax queries
- Benefits Administration
- Act as first point of contact with employees to manage questions and queries about employee benefits
- Maintain relationships with external benefit providers
- Maintain membership of all benefit platforms, ensuring these are kept up to date
- Support in communication and promotion of employee benefits throughout the year
- General administration
- Keep all e-files up to date
- Ensure all data is managed and maintained in accordance with GDPR
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excel skills (data validation, basic formulae like vlookup/if/match)
- Ability to prepare manual payroll calculations (for example statutory leave payment schedules) in Excel
- Support to the wider HR team and business, with intermediate Excel and Word skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Compelling and concise communicator – persuasive and confident in communication
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work within a confidential environment
