About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organization and oversight of public relations operations: managing reservations and tickets, handling the green room and guests, organizing cocktail receptions, and sending client gifts.
Event logistics: responsible for organizing and coordinating logistics for events run by the Communications team.
Updating contact databases: keeping necessary listings up to date to ensure smooth operation of the department.
Creation of communication materials: producing photo directories (trombinoscopes) and PowerPoint presentations for various events.
Inventory management: performing stock inventories and organizing storage areas in preparation for client shipments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (equivalent to Bac+3) in Communications or a related field.
Excellent listening, analytical skills and judgement.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Discretion and professional rigor.
Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and work effectively in a team.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Comfortable with administrative tools and collaborative platforms (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, etc.).
